Other fuel tanks for Savage?

My fuel tank just crasked open after a hard landing, are there any metal tanks for the savage?

that tank and use adrenaline tank guard it fits perfectly and also ur gonna need ofna post to mount it

Any reason not to just bolt on a stock s-25 tank? 175cc's as opposed to 125cc. and the guard to go with it.

Yeah, a BIG reason.

The beginning of the tank causes the engine to run rich, then it gets VERY lean as it passes the halfway point. If you temp. tune for the bottom of the tank, you spen the first 1/2 so rich that it's just plain weak.

I tried EVERY other mod to help the leaning, this finally worked...

Well I got a new fuel tank this afternoon, which cracked again an hour later, but this was a small crack and was scealed with CA glue and checked for leaks underwater and it's very air tight.

If I get that other tank that was recommended, will the tank gards I've seen on eBay still fit? And do the ank gards really protect the tank from cracking?

hmm, i have never seen that tank before but i am definately gonna buy it because my savage leans out like MAD and the dual tank mod looks annoying and the uniflow mod is just stupid. do you have it done to your savage frost?
