The Collari 32, not the Picco.... http://www.shopatron.com/product/pro...264.1023.0.0.0 it's only pre-order through Werks atm. What's the date for the WRXLC32/WRXLC32MTR?

Yes the Collari. Shopatron is independent of retailers. Werks has UPS tracking for delivery 08/05/05 (Fingers Crossed). That means we will have them tomorrow as well. We often just pick up our orders when they receive a delivery. We carry a full line of replacement parts for Collari, Werks, Picco and others. Send us an email and we'll let you know as soon as they arrive.

RE: BEHOLD COLLARI .30 !!!!!!!!!! THE NEW BIGBOY
Is there a difference in HP or RPM between the .30 and .32? Either the descriptions I have seen are just "cut & paste" from the .30 or they are both are claimed 3.5HP and 36,000 RPM.
Even though they are $209.95 here: http://www.rcplanet.com/product_67481_detailed.htm I would rather do business with forum members................ or who ever has it in stock first
I have been with out an engine since March, my LST has collected dust for too long and it's time to get a new engine, this looks like teh win.

RE: BEHOLD COLLARI .30 !!!!!!!!!! THE NEW BIGBOY
I feel for ya!!! Try owning a hobby store full of engines that are out of date becasue the next best thing is comming out. Anyone want some cheap Picco's? Looks like parts and engines will be here on Monday the 8th. No doubt we will have a full supply of parts and engines when they get out of customs. Retail on the .32 is $349.99, Shopatron lists them at $229.99 but we'll be running a promotional sale for $204.99 thru 08/31/05. Email us for more info. Supplies will be limited as the interest for this new engine is high.

Tony, please tell me why you think you'll have a full supply of parts for the .32 when there are virtually no parts for the .30. Don't get me wrong, I love the .30 but I can't even find an exhaust gasket or O-ring for the thing. For this reason I can't bring myself to even consider another Collari....Here's a thread I never got an answer on from you guys

Dave33 - sorry we missed your other post. Gaskets are in, unfortunately manifolds are out. Have you tried ordering the parts you are looking for thru Shopatron? 07/12/05 we shipped out our last manifold and 3 gaskets for an order. Perhaps that was for you? Anyways, in regards to your other question about why we would have parts this time? I spoke with Eric from Werks and he has confirmation via a pro-forma invoice of what Werks is expecting. Looks like the Collari has finally listened to the customer and has increased production. Currently we have quite alot of parts for the .30 instock. What parts besides the exhaust gaskets are you looking for? I understand that nothing could be more fustrating than having an engine with no parts availabilty.

RE: BEHOLD COLLARI .30 !!!!!!!!!! THE NEW BIGBOY
Tony, thanks for the reply. I stopped looking for parts for the Collari a few weeks ago. I waited about 3 weeks for the manifold to come in and finally canceled the order. I was looking for the manifold, manifold gaskets, and carb o-rings. I don't run the Collari much anymore because of the parts being unavailable. Thanks again.

RE: BEHOLD COLLARI .30 !!!!!!!!!! THE NEW BIGBOY
OK, here's a wierd one, I think (noob):
My one way bearing is fine, but the shaft that spins inside of it is all chewed up and full of pits where it makes contact with the one way. How in the heck could that have happened?? Oh yea, and what can I do to fix it?
Thanks, all!

RE: BEHOLD COLLARI .30 !!!!!!!!!! THE NEW BIGBOY
I have just bought a new Collari 32 for my savage. There is no information provided with
the engine about settings for HSN and LSN. I have tried to start the engine with the setting
for the collari 30, HSN 71/2t an LSN 41/2 bottomed out.
I cant get the engine to run with this settings. I think the settings are way to rich.
Can annoying with collari 32 tell me the settings for HSN and LSN during break in and after
break in?
I also would like to know which type of plug i should use?
Please help, Norwegian.......

RE: BEHOLD COLLARI .30 !!!!!!!!!! THE NEW BIGBOY
Hi Everyone.
Found a Collari .30 at the flea market for only $20 bucks. compression is very strong. looking over the motor I did notice that the carburetor had Sirio written on it. Even the pullstart had the Sirio atom markings. Is this correct? I was expecting it to say collari. I read somewhere that collari and sirio were the same motor. I also need to know what is the best glow plug for this motor. Since the box did not come with instruction,s any tips on starting this big boy would be great
.
Thnx

Both engines are made by Star... and yes, all of the Collari 30s say Sirio on the carb and have the atom PS.
I run a medium temp plug with 30% nitro, or a hot plug with 20%.
20$ is a steal, there are prob. peep that would give you that for the PS alone....

She found it in her son's closet who's gone off to college. Just my luck. I'm still havin a blast with the WASP. i'll probably swap motors during spring time.
