Yes it will work with any JR tx's which have the Spektrum RF deck. As for programming the radio, you're just going to have to figure that one out. I will say that I'll be tougher than a Spektrum 9X say, as the JR's didn't have anywhere near the switch assignment capability or built in programming mixes/functions that you see now.
