Default Northstar Kit, Circa 1985... Any thoughts?

Hi everyone...
I just bought a Northstar kit off Ebay...you know how that goes...life is a box of chocolates. This kit is new, but was sold in 1985. I have heard that there have been a few improvements on the kit over the years, and can imagine that some of them must have taken place in the last 17 years. Any thoughts?
Thanks.
Tracy

What did it cost on Ebay - was it more or less than the much improved one from Balsa USA.

Go to Balsa USA an see the newest improved model and price

You'll probably find the wood is great. I built a 18+ year old Pilot biplane kit and it was really great to work on. The wood was terrific and the model is great. Why don't you just build it and enjoy! Maybe it improved with age.
