Wing SHeeting question......
After many ARFs I decided to build a Tri Pacer kit from Mosquito Bite Planes. It's been a long time since I have built a kit and maybe I'm not understanding the instructions for the wing sheeting. It reads to me that you don't glue the sheeting to the ribs, but only glueing to the top pf the main spar and then the leading edge of the wing. Would that be correct?
Here is the instruction manual for reference, the wing sheeting is on page 13.

RE: Wing SHeeting question......
In step 7 they say to glue the ribs to the sheeting; after the front and rear edges have been secured. They are saying to do this in this order to prevent the CA from setting up while trying to form the sheeting over the curve thus ruining the curve. I would use yellow glue for this step instead; following the proceedure you used to use in the old days before CA.

Huck1199,
Thank you for the help. I went back and took a look at things again after your reply and it finally sunk into my fat head. Got the sheeting on and I'm on to more building. I almost forgot how enjoyable building can be.
SHD3920,
As far as I know this kit hasn't been available for many years. I had it stashed away and finally decided to build it. Mosquito Bite Plane's website is still up but their phone number is not working and the last time I tried to get an email response from them I received no reply. It's a shame too because this kit is very nice and very straight with laser cut interlocking parts that does not require you to build over the plans. You only use the plans for reference.

shd3920,
I will give you another update tomorrow on this but I received a message on my cell phone from Mosquito Bite Planes today. I sent an email inquiry so know I know their email address works. I will be calling tomorrow and try to get kit availability, if any, when I call.
