So does the word "maidened" take on a new meaning when its done by a female pilot?
I taught my daughter to fly, and when somebody pointed out to me that she flew better than me, I just smiled. The student should out-do the teacher. Female builders are a much needed part of this hobby. Welcome Pam.
And I would have thought Wild Bill would be on the members list by now. I would think he has built more kits than all of us put together.

No worries, I have the time, I just thought it would be good for a Yank to have it and have #1 attend the fly inn's.

Jim, show us a pic anyway, and Lucas we still want to see your pic of that discontinued kit.

We are getting some nice BUSA photos here, keep em coming.
Please add my name to the list. 1/4 scale Sopwith Pup, two 1/4 scale Nieuport 28s and a 1/3 scale Sopwith Pup on the shelf. Will post some pics later.

Nothing like a WW1 warbird.

Welcome squidman you are #58, this is the fastest growing brotherhood I've seen, just goes to show how popular the BUSA kits are.

Now back to the dummy 1/4 Le Rhone, what has everyone else used?

Naw, having a #1 that CAN'T attend the fly-in's works for me - gives us a good excuse to lift a pint of stout to "missing brothers"

I'll vouch for the plane in progress of being built. It's a great site that can only belong to a bachelor. You walk into his house and there spread out on the four are the major components of a 1/3 scale Sopwith Pup being build. Damn it was a beautiful site!!!!

Ouch, even if he bought you another kit you'll never get back all those hours and hard work.
What happened, did anyone get hurt?
