RE: GP Ultimate Bipe.40 build
Built one of these last year, or was that the year before, hmmm losing track of time. I put a saito .65 on it and it was a little underpowered. I have put a saito .82 in it but haven't flown it yet. The .82 was actually 3 onces lighter then the .65 and should be a lot of fun. I really like the plane, was fun to build and very fun to fly.

RE: GP Ultimate Bipe.40 build
thank you ken
it seemed like it took for ever!! By far the most intense covering Job I have ever done and most rewarding. putting those little f@*@ squares on it sucked big time. Had to do that by hand becouse I couldnt find that pattern in small squares. (5/16)

Yep, that's a pain in the butt job for sure. I did it once by hand like you did, but Iwon't do it again like that. I use a vinyl cutter to cut out a checkerboard pattern like that. Ijust do a small join of each piece at the corner so Ican apply the entire checkerboard as one piece. If you don't have a vinyl cutter, or know somebody that does, you can get any sign shop to cut it for you.
