GP Corsair 40 Engine Question
Hi guys,
Been building a Great Planes 40 size Corsair kit and have installed retracts and will have individual aileron servos. The engine I originally bought for it was a Magnum .52 4-stroke. I'm thinking with mods it will be on the heavy side. Since hobby people have the Magnum .70 4-stroke on sale would this be the better choice? It's a 6oz. difference in weight and the model says it can take a .70 sized 4-stroke. What do you say . . . save the 52 for another plane and invest in the 70? Thanks!
