I' ve read some rumor about a futaba 2,4GHz module for JR/Graupner transmitters to be released next year. If that is true, this module will be a top seller here in europe. Especially MC24 users will be very keen on that stuff.

Or is this rumor just a rumor?

It's a rumor. Futaba has made no such announcement that we know of, unless it's through the European distributor. We're the service and support center for North America, and would not have information for Europe.

Here it is. Futaba/robbe showed FASST modules for the Graupner/JR MC and MX series at the Nuremberg toy fair.

Well, it's not an issue for the US market where you dont have the 10mW limitation for DSSS. But here in the EU some countries DSSS systems like XPS/IFS will be limited to 10mW at June 2008. Full range with 10mW XPS/IFS? I dont know of any tests with that power setting. However, it's getting tough for Graupner IFS.
