Default MVVS 58 problems

The engine is brand new, I've only tested one day but I've found this problems:

1- The engine won't start, when I put choke on fuel flow out from carb but there is no fuel going to the spark.
2- When I tested the spark with the engine's chassis I realized that there where only one spark. But there are two magnets on the engine crank. What's happening? Is it normal???
3- When the engine idles at 2500 rpm the engine stopped. It's happening two times. Is it a spark plug problem??? or may be the electronic ignition system???
4- When the engine is hot it doesn't start. Why???

I'll put this message in my original language if there are any doubts on the setting.

Default RE: MVVS 58 problems

This seems a carb setup problem (lean idle, leak in pulse lines or fuel lines, or no pumping). Did you connect the lines well? (photo's please)
The top magnet fires the ignition, the second magnet does not fire, but resets the ignition ready for the next spark.
Is the battery Voltage you use OK?
ICU ignition needs 6 cells or two LiPo (pro needs 3 LiPo)
Vlach needs 4 cells, but sometimes 5 cells is better. (Vlach <must> have resistor type sparkplugs)

Well I have the 4,8 volt ignition system, and I'm using it with 4,8 V too. And the sparkplug is resistor type.
These are the pics of the fuel lines.

Default RE: MVVS 58 problems

Just a few suggestions:
- rotate the pulse line elbow nipple (foto 1) straight towards the engine and make the pulse line as short as possible. Use clamps on the line ends. They may leak when the engine gets warm.
- clean the internal fuel strainer inside the carb.
- get rid of the T-charge valve in the fuel line (drawing). This may be a cause of problems if it leaks air.
- clean the carb inside very well. Do that again, and again, and again.
I like to try a replacement carb. If that makes the problem go away, the carb is at fault.

Do everything Pe has advised plus try the engine with a 6 volt supply i.e. 5 cells this may be all you need.
