Default model reviews

I really like your selection as it is very different and the prices are great

What I would like is a review section of your models, proper reviews. Even some started here would be fine.
I've been toying with the idea of buying the hyrdo plane, and the p-40 (electric) for sometime now but haven't because I know nothing of quality and as great as your prices are, I don't want $60 worth of trash.

I've also been really looking into moving into heli's and again I think your prices are great but I can't find anything about your models.

I might have to buy the p-40 and review it for you!

are there any places you have reviews?

Re: Helis

The Walkera's and E-Skys are reviewed all over the place.

Walkera manufactures the Nightranger helicopters.

Don't bother with anything less than 6 channels on the helis.

There are several reviews of Nitroplanes airplanes here..

e.g.

The latter is a great Biplane.

Yup,

I've seen the walkera stuff.
I'm more so talking about no name stuff and things exclusive to them.

Just my opinion, but I've been flying RC airplanes now for 32 years. I've seen several in my local club that have been flying that long as well that are now getting into the small electric helicopters. Trust me on this one----if you are worried about what you are going to get for 60 bucks, you surely don't need a small electric helicopter as you better have an open wallet when it comes to replacement parts!

the 60 is just for 1 single plane, no other parts. I've been doing this for long enough to not be naive about "real" costs.
I was just saying I'd rather not buy a junk plane and crash all my parts and waste a min of $60.

I expect 300-400 on helicopter even though I have a motor, esc, servos, rx and TX...basically

Though Helis have a whole new level of associated costs....

Until you have a lot of heli experience and a stock of parts, each little tip over and crash ends up costing you a good fraction of a new heli.

IMHO the bigger nitro helis and a sim are better for starting out.

They are not as unstable, and easier to deal with using the training gear.

A good sim (a cheapy will not do for this) pays for itself in heli parts very quickly.

--------

Dunno about their other helis, but some of their other no name stuff has been pretty good thus far.

Can anyone post their experience (building and flying) with any of the Lancair models? I am thinking on buying one of those but will like to hear people comments on it.

Thanks, luiso16
