Does anybody know specs for the ESC that comes with Exceed RC F/A-18 Blue Angel from Nitro Planes ? Mine had blue shrink wrap with 50A sticker on it and BEC attached.

I'd like to know if this ESC can handle 5 cells. Don't care about stock BEC as i replaced it with CC BEC 10A. Also it would be great to have programming instructions for this ESC.

There is a post from someone here who reports being able to run the ESC on 6 cells after disabling the on board BEC connections.

As long as you don't overdraw or stay too close to maximum 50A draw, you should be fine since you have a separate ESC.
