When I saw the thread, I thought of Brian "Skinny" Skinner from XRC:

Who knows, maybe he will see this!

Here's "one" of mine using a few photos merged together using CS2. The colors actually appear slightly brighter and more intense before it was uploaded.

I dunno what these are considered... Digital manipulation I think.
But we call them Photoshopped anyways haha
They were made a few years back by me, some for myself, others for a friend. It was for a bunch of forums

Enjoy!

Champ Bailey
Done for myself.

Eric Staal
Done for a friend.

Untitled
Done for myself. My personal favorite, it's nice and simple.

Relient k
Messing around with new techniques. Didn't turn out very good, IMO

Untitled
Tried the transparent background technique.

What do you guys think? I haven't made any in quite a while though.. I wanna get back into editing.

Here's the very first thing I ever did in photoshop. My attempt at tilt shift.
The buildings are supposed to look "mini". I also tried to add a fisheye effect.

Just cleaned up and mildly edited. Removed blemishes, removed exhaust opening, etc.

Just take a matching blur tool over that line, it'll help
