Good question! I saw that and was astounded. Usually, when 2 posts go up simultaneously, RCU erros out and you get an error page.
Maybe some of the new RCU updates are already in play and are preventing that error page from coming up.
Do the mods know anything about this phenomenon?

Maybe it has something to do with connectivity.
I have DSL, which is slower, so anyone who has a faster connection than I do and posts at the smae time will wind up booting me out. I wonder if this is the case. O well, Im just reaching into thin air now.

I don't see that as a big deal. The time displayed could be rounded off and we do not get to see the disparity.
