Not sure but it looks like it might be an "Edge". Low wing airplanes always get balanced upside down, and high wing planes right side up.

Balance with the center of mass hanging down.

This plane would be upside down.

It came with 120. if it's not over powered it's not worth flying is it??. so I put the BGX on it . fit really good. fired it off this morning I thank it's going to be a hand full. it took 6oz of weight on the back end to balance it out ( up side down)

Thanks for every ones help. now it's up to me to keep it in the air. ( I think I better take an extra plane)

jw4h I believe the BGX will actually make for an interesting challenge on that ship.

Its a Stadacher.
The cowl is from an Extra, Studachers have a more "squared off" cowl. My vote is for sombody's version of a Extra 260 or 300L

Extra 300 ARF sold through Creek Hobby. Minor color differences in them and they came in different sizes. The 72 was there 1/4 scale. Outstanding flying machine.
