RE: Fuel FIllers
Hi, Hosam. Keeping with the KISS principle, anytime I have the engine accessible I just unplug the carb filler line and fill to it.
On planes with covered engines I like using a fuel dot on a 3rd fuel line. This line goes to its own clunk so it's also usable for emptying the tank. Haven't used any of the filler valves but have read how they can leak and cause engine running problems from feeding air bubbles to the carb.

RE: Fuel FIllers
Sullivan now makes good filler "valves".
No moving parts to break/leak.
Un-screw a Filler Plug ... insert the filler probe ... done ... replace plug.
The top model shuts off the path to the carb.
A great idea in my opinion ... an upgraded fuel dot design.
Check them out at Tower Hobbies.
