Hey DonGood,
Are you sure that's not a S148 servo? If so it's a standard servo with about 42 .oz of torque and .22/60 speed at 4.8 volts.

RE: Futaba Servo FP514B, Does anyone know the torque and/or speed rating
Hi again,
I know it's definitely not a S148 Servo, but it's possible that it could be a 5148 Servo. Does anyone know if Futaba made such a Servo, and torque and speed rating?
thanks,
dongood

If it's not here I wouldn't have any idea how to get the info

Maybe ask Bax or Krysta in the Futaba forum
