Dropped my radio about 2 1/2" onto carpet.
I was using a flight simulator on the computer and when I got up to check on something I accidently got my foot wrapped around the usb cord and the radio fell off the computor desk. When it fell it reversed the servos that where opposite it's fall. It's a Futaba 4 Channel T4YBF and the swithces are very easy to move. I put them back where they belonged and tried it out on the computer and it seems fine. I checked it out on my plane and did a range check and it seemes fine. What are you suggestions?

Well if yout take it out in the heat and it still works id say its ok. If you cracked a board it will show up when the board expands in the heat.

My son dropped our Futaba 9CAP 2 1/2 *feet* onto *concrete*. We've been flying with it for a month in 90+ degree weather. You're probably OK.

onepern,
I took it out and set it on the hood of my car for about 15 minutes in the sun and then put it in the shade. It's about 95 degrees here and then I took my plane out and did a range check. It was fine with the antenna down to 144' with the plane sitting on the concrete driveway. My wife had the radio with the antenna still down and tried all the control surfaces and they responded fine. I think and hope it's OK!!! What yah think?

Perfect--you sent your wife 144' down the road to range check it? Funny...That's a good woman! Better hang onto that one!
Seriously, the radio is fine. If they were that fragile, people would be replacing them all the time.

I dropped my Futaba radio (Brand New) about 5 feet to a concrete floor. It scratched the case but nothing else happened. Even when I went out with my instructor and was the buddy box nothing was wrong. It was a good thing because my instructor forgot to put the antenna up on my radio. I was out over 500 feet when it started to glitch! So obviously there is nothing wrong with mine.
