RE: Cowl and wheel pant paint
Jerry Nelson sells paints that are supposed to match monokote:

the first one in the 'monokote match' section (#201) should be it.

RE: Cowl and wheel pant paint
Another option would be to have a quart of latex custom mixed to match the covering (you need to bring a sample in to the paint store), cost is about $10.00 Let it dry for about 10 - 14 days, then clear coat it with Ultracote or Lustercrap clear.

Or you could do this. I custom match paint for a living working for Colours Inc. The attched pic is of my Extra 300S finished in Monokote True Red and Insignia Blue with white Econokote. The paint on the cowl and wheel pants is PPG DBC with DC3000 clear. We have locations in the Scranton and Hazleton areas that aren't too far from you. I work at the Ephrata location. Always happy to help a fellow RC modeler.

This is the match to Insignia Blue Monokote on the turtle deck and canopy of my SIG Kobra. Again PPG DBC with DC3000 clear. Including the spinner!!
