I wouldnt do that (might attack some seals no?)

Umm if you read the book it says you should sue some airtool oil before the first start down the push rod tubes so i just throw some airtool oil in them as i KNOW it wont hurt anything.......

just my opinion and i see no reason to change the oil is very cheap...

It's fine. No problem with seals etc.

If I do use an after run oil I use Marvel Mystery Oil or ATF. Been doing it for 20 yrs with no problem. Forget the hobby after run oil.

I've used Castrol Syntec as an after run oil for several years without problem. I have a cousin who has used Mobil One for years with no problems either.

ATF - Automatic Trans Fluid correct?

I wouldn't think you used Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms - although, the thought has crossed my mind on some temperamental engines ...the 'F' in ATF that is...

That's right. It works great as an after run oil.
