hi everyone... im getting back on the hobby.. my dad used to fly many years ago... but he left the hobby and know we are coming back.. we have about 2 of flying and building planes. but long time on our garage we find one of his favorite planes.. he used to fly this plane many years ago ... around 25 years ago.. and now the plane is back on shape whit futaba comands. the plane fly beatifull... but we dont know the exctly the name of the plane.. many people in our airfield ask about the name of the plane but we dont know what to asnwer... does someone know the roots of this plane? or the name?

I beleve its a Sig Mid-star 40 converted to tricycle gear (a common mod) still avaliable only as a kit.

I don't think it's been converted to tricycle gear, if it was a trike, it has been converted to a tail dragger.

i sitll confuse about this plane!!! the plane was a kit.. its a old plane..... i ask my local hobby store about this model and the said the plane is discontinue... but they never gime the name of the model... they were confuse 2!

Ace kitted it but it was a plan in MA. It was named because it had a 4 stroke .40 in it.
