Default Fuel tank size question

I'm finishing up my first scratch build, The Daydreamer, from some rcm plans. The plans call for a .09-.10 engine, and a 1oz. tank. Recommended flying weight is 32oz. I have a 2oz tank that fits (tight) and with it filled, I'm right at the suggested flying weight. My questions:

1. Besides the obvious center of gravity changes during flight, is there any proble
with running the larger tank?
2. Generally, what is the normal flying time with a .10 OS fp per oz of fuel.

Thanks for any help
