take a look at these tires
http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...17&FVPROFIL=++
im planning on using these on the rear wheels on my rustler, are they a good choice for driving on smooth pavement?
should i match the front wheels with the same tire, or can i still use ribbed fronts on pavement?

RE: take a look at these tires
The speed hawgs are roughly the same diameter of the stock tires. You should be able to do a direct swap. As far as matching the tires, I did. The ribbed tires will burn off pretty fast driving on pavement. Just an observation, but they are designed for loose, or low traction surfaces. Not pavement.

RE: take a look at these tires
I have Speed Hawgs and the tires are the exact same diameter.
Just a few comments:
1. They slip easily
2. Good for donuts
3. Good for speed (duh!)
4. Bad at off road (another duh!)
5. I wish I got Masher 2000's
If you do decide to get them, match all 4. The Speed Hawgs are smaller in outside diameter than the ribbed.
