Crap something else to add to the wishlist... The fiancé is not gonna be happy about this. I wonder what the pricing is going to be like, sure looks interesting.

Funny that there's no talk about this on the Caster forums. At least that I'd seen.
Something about the video that looks so....homemade. Not professional at all.
I'd take it with a grain of salt.

thats doesn't look like anything special at all. just looks like a 1/8 buggy truggy chassis but bigger... baja 5t just looks much better.
both are still not a corr trucks. truck and independent suspension? i don't think so... only the body makes it look like corr truck. give me a solid rear axle drive, then ill consider one... until then they are all buggies just with truck bodies.

Upon further investigation, it looks like a guy built this truck and is looking for Caster to start producing the chassis, suspension etc.
Meh.

well it doesn't look too slow to me considering it's size and weight. remember 5th scale's weigh 20+lbs so to take off like that in dirt is not too bad.
look at it as it hits the 5 gallon bucket definetly not 1/8 scale. if it's legit it could be very cool depending on the final price .

Not sure where you did your further investigation at but you are 100% wrong.
The truck is real. It was video taped by Caster Racing USA. Vid was just released the day I posted it and is why there was no talk on the caster forum. Was kept secret for some testing till now. Still in testing stages and pretty much a teaser video as of now.

if you look at the size of the bucket and the size of the truck you'll see the truck is not 1/8 scale but bigger. if you couldn't see that or figure it out on your own then you have bigger issues.

I know its 1/5th. But what does that have to do with anything I stated in my post? My SCT Rusty 3.3 can powerslide across a baseball diamond and hit a 5 gallon bucket. Not really that big of a deal.

you still didn't get my point.
comparing the size of the bucket to the truck you can tell it's not an 1/8 scale truck.

RE: CHECK OUT THIS BRUSHLESS CORR TRUCK!!
The "Caster bucket"?
Caster is known for odd but cool product names. The truck looks better in the still pics in that vid than the moving ones. The Caster bucket better have a scale body like the SC10 deos if it wants to sell. All the odd shaped 1/5th stuff is getting old. Time for a scale 1/5 looking Corr/torque/sct truck.
Looks like the Caster bucket has plenty of get up and go.

Zero- I agree but the still pics (orange SCT in the middle of a powerslide) isnt the 'Bucket', its johnny Greeves truck from awhile back and someone just painted (very badly) over his paint scheme.
