Reflex XTR - converting futaba interface to JR
hi
i bought a Reflex XTR simulator from a friend and he had Futaba radio gear... i have JR.
from what i can tell, it uses conventional telephone cabling to connect the transmitter to the USB interface.
What i need to know it, which of the 4 wires out of the telephone cable, are to be connected to the 3.5mm mono plug that goes into the back of the JR unit.
Can anyone help?
regards

RE: Reflex XTR - converting futaba interface to JR
MIKE:
I looked at mine ( I have JR) and from what I can see there is only two wires on the mono plug. A brown and a white. The white goes to the long prong the one that crimps onto the wire and the Brown goes to the Short one. I think the brown is the one that goes to the tip and the white goes to the back one.
Hope that helps. NOW if you do it wrong it might destroy your radio. I would call REFLEX and talk to them. When I first got mine it would not work and I called them and the guy told me they had soldered the wires on some of them backwards and I needed to resolder them. They will help if you call them
