G2 Schemes
I have made a few G2 schemes since I got the software. They came out without a prob.
I'm trying to make one for the P-51, using the Tuskegee Airmen design. Or as close as I can get to it.
Anyway, for some reason the cockpit area disappears on me. I've tried using copies of the normal, the Miss America and the Lucky Lady templates to start.
Look at the attached photo to see what I'm talking about. Can someone tell me how to fix this prob? Didn't get this with the Twinstar, or the Simple Flier. I did with the Ultra Sport but was able to find one template that I could modify to work.
Thanks.

Alpha channel
You have corrupted your alpa channel. You need to open up a mustang color scheme that has a canopy and copy the Alpa channel. Then open your mustang scheme (while leaving the "doner" scheme open and paste the alpha channel into your file.
Depending on your editing program you may have to delete your alpha channel first. Good Luck.....

Re: Alpha channel
What editing software do you use. I have Photoshop 7 and wanted to know if it was good for this work?

I use Photo Shop 5.5 so your 7.0 should work great. As for the alpha channel location, I will attach a screenshot of Photo Shop and highlight the alpa channel.
If you can't get it to work, upload it and I'll try to fix it for you......

G2 Schemes
I don't have Photopaint, using something called photosuite. I thought I had photodraw with my office 2000, but guess I was wrong.
Brian,
Anway, I would appreciate it if you could fix that for me. I don't know where I can upload it so you can get it.
Let me know if you have any ideas.

G2 Schemes
Salty Dog, I private messaged you with my email. Try to email your scheme to me.
As for the question on the Alpha channel, In a TGA file there are 5 channels that carry the image information, rgb, red, green, blue and alpha. the alpha channel carries the information that allows for transparent windows/canopies.
As the the directions on how to make a color scheme, that's a little harder, as that depends alot on which editing program you are using. The best advice I can give is just to experiment with the program that you have.
Good Luck
Brian.

G2 Schemes
Well, I sent the file to RF tech support to see what they had to say. The response I got was that the file worked fine on their system.
I sent the file that I posted the pic of above. I know it has to be that file since no other scheme does that. I had the same thing happen on an Ultra Sport scheme I tried to make also.
