standard size servo for steering?
Is it possiable to use a standard size servo for steering? I have seen some that are higher rated than the 5745 and was just wondering why they are not used instead of a 1/4 scale.

RE: standard size servo for steering?
You can use the HiTec Robot Servos with Titanium gear.
24kg/cm at 6V and 30kg/cm at 7.5V

They should stand the abuse of a large scale off-roader.
Bu OK most Jumbo servos are cheaper....
