Default 1/4 scale servo internals

Does anyone have any pics of the electrics of a 1/4 scale servo? I have plans for a scratch built servo but I need some heavy electronics to run the motor. I am looking for motor size and if the pcb has Mosfets.

If no one comes up with anything I can open one up and take a pic, but lets see if someone has an easy answer lol.

Anyone? Even if you could just tell me if the pcb has mosfets that would be great.

MOSFETS are not a necessity, but a well-designed MOSFET based power controllers have capacity to handle higher voltage/currents at higher efficiency. YOu will need some Tantalum caps to the drain/source of the output device.
