Default remember the days

Do you guys remember the days when the HPI baja was about to be released and the proud and loyal fg guys were bashing the hell out of it? Or when the cy motor was crap and the zen was the only good engine. It is amazing how times have changed and people have come around. It is good to see in this hobby, I really do enjoy reading and learning and not having to deal with the bashing just because it is a new product and not the one most are used to. We are seeing the same thing with some clones out there, one that comes to mind is the KM and the quality. Some people have still not come around on the clone aspect, but it does give people a chance to get into the 5th scale market and learn more about them. Sorry for the post, but I was just thinking about this. Yes, I have had HPI, FG, HARM, and the carbon car also.

Yes I do remember those days. Those 1/5 scale yesteryear days. Those days when people were big into nitro and 1/5 was kinda still a mute thing. Traxxas monster buggy was out there and a few other oldies. Before the 5b very few people in the area knew about the so called big Rc's. I remember people referring them as chain saw engine Rc's or the rc's with weedwacker engine's. Even then they were of interest. The idea of running 30 to 45 min on a tank was cool. Things have changed big time since then Wow ! [X(]

I would like to thank all those guys. Without the constant hassle I would have never made my signature what it is today.
