Default Control rod installation for Bubble Dancer

Can anyone explain how the miniature carbon pushrods are installed on the outside of the carbon tube tail boom of the Bubble Dancer thermal soarer? The small scale drawings that I have seen suggest that the rods go through teflon guides and I would like more details for this including how the guides are attached to the boom.

Default RE: Control rod installation for Bubble Dancer

I would use thread to bind the teflon tube to the boom, and CA/epoxy to hold the teflon in place. The adhesive won't stick to the teflon, but it will keep from moving.Make the teflon tubes somewhat longer than is needed, to keep the internal path free from any glue seepage when installing.
