mechanics dry fit
hi
received my sky fox mechanics for my 60 size air wolf today.
built frame and test fitted
with the plywood base moved to front of Helli to centralize
the drive shaft in top canopy the starting hole on bottom
of Helli is not central is this right or should i have cut the starting hole later in the build if so this is not what the manual says
hope you can help

mechanics dry fit
The first thing to do is to get the woodwork with the mechanics bolted to it, in the correct spot in the fuse. Do this by getting the mainshaft the proper distance from the fuse as shown in the plans. The cooling tunnel will be one of the last items you do.

i think i have been a bit ambitious
will it be a problem to extend the cooling tunnel by 50mm

thanks for quick reply
i have moved the mechanics wood work to the front retract woodwork so my cooling tunnel is out of sink with the hole in bottom of Helli
as you explained in earlier i should have cut the hole in Helli later in project in stead of at first
i thought it was the right way to do it but i was wrong
is this what they call think before you do it
i have learned something to day
