8411s all around.. No need for 8711s.. I've got a flight or two on the classic and ultra flash.

Classic TITAN SE powered and ULTRA P140rx powered.

Well I am a sucker for overkill!

Does anyone know where to get a stand like the one shown in post #61 (Picture from Dave Wilshere I believe)?

Anurag

Yellow/Red Shulman? The only Shui scheme was the red/white/met blue. Do you mean the "German" red/yellow/Black.
All the old schemes are now special order colours, this new scheme with colour swop is std now, with the Military scheme Andreas designed and the Swiss.

Yes, not a shulman scheme, that was a the stock scheme/colour from the first release in 2010.
It is discontinued, but you can still order it. The new scheme is as the yellow, magenta or orange we showed, but with the huge choice of CARF colours there might be no "stock" colours, just scheme for a while. At the moment all the models produced are getting sold pretty quick, though you can order other schemes, I have a Thunderbirds UF due here today and there is a Jolly Roger UF due.

When I picked mine up from the FEDEX office there was a fist sized hole in the top of the box and a quarter sized puncture in the wing bag. Wing did not look damaged, but the FEDEX guy would not let me open the box to inspect without signing for it first (and that was not going to happen!). Finally convinced him to at least let me open the box to look closer and all was fine. Talk about a circular argument... Fortunately logic prevailed, which is rare these days.

They don't get any choice but wait when they are delivered to us, my employee explains that I'll cut off his "b*lls if he signs for it OK and its damaged, they always laugh and wait.
I'd post pixs of the model if RCU allowed [:@]

Mine came today ....really pleased with it ,and the scheme is even better than the photos ,all woodwork inspected and everything first class

just as I would do myself ....

outer box looked like it had been dropped off at the airport from about 200 feet !

Really shows how much thought went into the packaging .

Foot marks were all over the outer box ,looked like they belonged to a customs officer

Excellent, glad yours arrived OK too, had a ViperJet del directly to the customer yesterday and that was perfect too (though UPS delivered that and they are a step up on parcelfarce) So I'm happy that three models arrived in good order, just waiting on Paul's Magenta. We went a different way on that one, now with EMS we will always ship in 2 boxes, the one box is causing too much grief.

Give the whole model 2 coats of Auto Glym resin car wax, it gets rid of the release waxes and brings the paint up more!

Not in England, the UPS guys are great, the UK Post Office parcel shippers are the drop it and smash it experts, It took 2 weeks to clear and deliver this last UF AFTER it arrived in the UK

Well its been the nicest weekend for flying we've had here in the UK for a long while so after flying our socks off yesterday I thought today, for a bit of Sunday afternoon entertainment I would get a few different colours of Ultra Flash out of their boxes for a picture together. I love most of the new schemes with of course the Boomerang Edition being my favourite Heres a picture of a few of the schemes we are now holding in stock here in the UK.

Only trouble is now I really fancy a bit of "stock taking" Must keep myself under control !

regards

Colin
