One other point,this looks like the ideal model to get our heads round the new triple axis aircraft gyros that are coming on the market now.Powergox iGyro,Gyrobot wing jet ,plus many more 3 axis gyros to be released by major manufactuers in the near future.

I ordered the smaller of the two at Jetpower from Sebastiano's stand. They have them in stock. Just waiting on the tracking number.
It flys very well & there was a lot of interest in the jet.

Will be interesting to see how the covering holds up in your sun/heat. My 5 year old Angel S has been a constant battle to keep tidy and each time Its warm it reminds me why I hate film.
The Xcalibur at £545 with glass fuse and wood booms/wings is much more the mark for this type of model.

Hi Dave. There are a lot of film covered jets here. Boomerangs, Jetco & some electric Sebart models. I always seal the film edges with clearcoat to stop lifting. Not had to use the heatgun much to shrink sagging film, even at temps over 40c.
I had a spare Merlin 140 so it was a choice between the AD Scorpion & the Avanti. I got a good deal from Seba on the Avanti, I also got free shipping to Cyprus.

My guess is sales have been slow even with the demos, not seen one in England yet, hence the deals. Sounds like formation team from Cyprus with these!

Have not been made aware of any modifications. However, I do know that the shipment of Avanti S jets on the way to the US now is from the latest production batch that was completed within just the last few weeks.
