Jim, the bolts were loose on my honeycomb F-14 stabs and it had significantly less time on it than your F-14. Thanks for being constructive in improving these planes. I appreciate you.
Thanks man I'm working with what I'm stuck with.. Got the 1/7 F-18 and it has small saddle tanks for the F-18 1/8 ... Just another in a long list from this company... A whole lot of work to make it right and we have learned you have to check every very thing from FEJ

The little tanks next to the big one look almost funny.. Don't think that is the new design

Wow! I was in a event when this was posted and agree that this one was the save of the century.

Bevar: Your friend choosed a good test pilot, congrats and thanks for the heads up!

Seems that the stab suffered a aeroelasticity issue similar that happened to that F-14.. hope FEJ solve this issues as soon they could.. they build nice planes, but now is demonstrated that the business model of releasing complex airframes so quickly must be revised.
