Ten flights so far and this could be one of the best flying planes I've ever had. I'm really liking knife edge with just a touch of rudder and no coupling.
I haven't gone full throttle in level flight other than take off. It will do as big a loop as I want at a little over half throttle. Full throttle is hard to resist since the Flash has been down.

Saw this thing fly this past weekend and it is such a nice jet, do the current ones come with gear doors? I thought i read they will be removing them, I really like them with the doors.

Fender,

I'm relieved that they removed them, For a weekend warrior its one less thing to worry about. I'm sure most people will agree.

The doors were removed after testing the original prototype, (after a few flights I cut my main gear door off, PITA!) the only one left with doors that I am aware of is Keith Yates Dolphin that he purchase at the 2014 KY Jets Benefit Auction.

The Dolphin S was designed from the get go with out doors.

Anyone know the O ring size for the brakes? My brakes drag all the time due to the O ring being stretched. I took the wheels off and the ring will no longer seat in the groove....and thats whats causing the drag. My mains do not have bushings but bearings. With the O ring out they roll quite well.

Added full telemetry to my Dolphin. Airspeed, altitude, G meter, GPS, and full motor including fuel flow. Alarms at 200 mph, 5 G, and flameout. Low fuel alarm will be coming with a future Spektrum software update according to the rumor mill. Full motor info is shown on the motor page just as shown on the data terminal. Will try it all out at Georgia Jets next week! Also added airspeed and altitude to my Excalibur.
