If anyone is interested I had a custom batch of spun aluminium bell mouths made for P20 sized turbine/pipe combo's - would work for anyone looking to install that size turbine (Colibri etc) who wants to make a pipe, have around 6 left so PM if your interested.

Some years ago I had discovered a source of aluminum bell mouths from an HVAC supply outlet on-line. I think they were used with spiral wound duct and maybe on the suction side for local exhaust ventilation/hood exhausts for laboratories.

Been a while, but that's where all the formulas/trade skills come from to build these things; we use stainless steel duct work all the time to make the exhaust duct work for our BSL-3 and BSL-4 labs, because the disinfectant is so corrosive. Too thick for what we do with turbines, however it's a common source network...

Google "Stainless steel Canning Funnel" or look in kitchen store for cake mold, eggs stuff (you would be surprise how much stuff have the proper shape in this domain), also you can look in car pieces for mod car (air intake). the hardest part is to find the proper size...

Looks like turbo fittings are more likely to work as the smallest HVAC fitting I can find is 6", though 4" should be available somewhere.

Search "spun aluminum bell mouth" example: 4" Inlet 7" OD Bellmouth Velocity Stack Aluminum TURBO INTAKE RAM SP COVER | eBay

Oh, and you use clean copper for a still...maybe...if i knew about that, which I don't...and lead-free solder...

What happened in California stays in California. A Still hadn't crossed my mind, but not a bad idea
