I use Nason 496-00 Select clear and 483-78 activator. Works good!

Two weeks to go. Time to let me know about tents! Also sides and tables if you want. It’s getting crowded!

Just got back from Houston Jets at Bomber Field. Had a great time! Great guys, good times, good food. Now its time to concentrate on Mississippi Afterburner. Time to start making several flavors of ice cream! And I get to sample first!

Well the event will be here before you know it. Going to squeeze in as many Havocs as we can in the trailer on Tuesday and leave Wednesday morning. Just a reminder, access to the field will be at 3pm Wednesday. So ones coming from the west may want to stop at the casinos in Vicksburg if you're running a tad early. The state of Mississippi will thank you for your donation. I just drive by the casino and throw $50 out in the parking lot and keep on driving. It's cheaper that way. At least you can say you went by the casino.
"Come on Chocolate" Ask Dan or Doug what this means.

..Scott Marr has two planes for sale, a Havoc SS and a Leonardo 2.6M. Both planes are listed on RCU in the jet classified. Go there to view all the info on both jets if interested. Contact Scott via e-mail. Both planes can be delivered to Mississippi Jets next week if interested.

Hotels are about 6 miles from the flying site. A number are staying at the Quality Inn in Clinton. Hampton, Fairfield, Days Inn are in the same area. Call Dawn Ellzey at Midway Travel if you need help.972-264-4288 She is a jet flyer also and will be at the event.
You will need a generator unless you can borrow some from a neighbor
Overnite storage in a large secure hangar. No overnite charging in the hangar.
I'm not a weatherman and I don't play one :-)
Hope you can make it.

I really look forward to ending my annual LONG WEEKEND by attending Mississippi Afterburner!
BTW, my "LONG WEEKEND" starts mid September and ends mid May...when I go back to "work".

About 3 hours out after getting a late start today...looking forward to finally making it to the event this year! I think I will stay at a Motel 6 in Jackson and sleep for a few hours before arriving Thursday morning. Depends what the area looks like...don’t want a 4 hour pit stop to sleep turn into a missing truck and trailer nightmare!
