Oh the difficulties and sacrifices associated with military aviation.....one question though, what's up with the penguin?

Surely that's obvious ? the penguin has a beak... so I guess that makes him a "pecker" - in which case it's normal for him to be be standing to attention like that when confronted with such a sight.
