RE: AMD Hawk.
It has been bench run where I bought it.
Cant see why there should be any problems with it. It looks "mechanically healthy" , and the ECU is the same as my simjet 3000SP.
But time will tell

SJN
Hawk looks good! Hope you have success with the JJ.
I received my Jetco today and am starting a build thread on it.
Any chance you could post some photographs of your friends model , especially the interior and
landing gear install. The instructions are very sketchy. In fact they are sketches!

RE: AMD Hawk.
Sorry John, but I dont have any more pics of the Jetco.
My friend was also frustrated that there where no wooden bits for the interior.
But he had a crashed hotspot, and gutted out all the formers for the main gear, and installed it in the jetco.
He also modified the rear end, so it looks mere streamlined..

RE: AMD Hawk.
AMD website is
www.AMDhobby.com
Is it a JHH Hawk clone??
JHH website says they are working on a new one that is more scale. I think I'm gonna wait for that one. I was very tempted with the AMD one though, it does look good.
