Default Bandido's Maiden - finally!

Well, today was a good day. Enough of looking at my Bandit every night, it was time already.

Thanks to Les Curtis for the ultra high visibility paint job, and thanks to Joey Tamez for the maiden!!

The bandit flew awesome!

Looks like it flies very nice! You're motivating me to get mine outta the box!
Falconwing's Bandit has a P-80.

David

Just got home a about 30 minutes ago. Stayed in Ft. Worth longer than I had planned, but it was worth it. It flew great and the color scheme sure stand out in the air.

Sorry to let the cat out of the bag about next weekend in Waco in front of you wife.[X(] She didn't sound to thrilled about it. Maybe you should save your kitchen passes for Lubbock and the Southwest.

Anyway, you have a winner there.

Bob, not to worry............I just found out that she actually likes this. I'll make sure I close the "wounds" before Lubbock.

Robert, like Ron mentioned it has a P-80. We set the timer for 6 minutes and the forward tank was full after we landed!!

Sweet, David your plane looks great. Les did a great job painting it considering he had never touched a spray gun.
All the best for many, many flight hours of fun. I wish I could have been there.[&:]

Congrats David. The Bandit looks great. Can't say the same for your baggy shorts however. LOL Just kidding. How many flights did you put on it ? Wish I could have been there. Does this mean there is soon to be an F 16 for sale ?

I gather there is some talk of a Waco weekend next weekend ? Probably so since Im working the entire weekend. I might have to see what I can do about that.

You need to update your avitar now Dave.

Aren't you glad you went with the Dodge Viper blue now? It sure looks good in the air.

Thanks Brian, I called you yesterday...your son told me you were out.

Joey flew the first flight, and I flew the second, except the landing, the retracts didn't come down (ball link disconnected from the retract valve) so passed the Tx to JT and he sweet landed it on the grass (wheels up).

Wazzup with my baggy pants?

Dude, they're plaid! LOL [sm=eek.gif]

You forgot to mention that even after having to belly it in, it suffered ZERO injuries, not even grass stains. [sm=thumbup.gif]
