Jim Fox 48" Hawk help needed
Hi I have an old kit of the Jim fox Hawk kit 48" span.
I am going to convert it to turbine, wren 54. I have got in touch with Jim and since purchased new intakes, firewall and fuel tanks. I have a few questions, mine is the foam wing version with the single pivot elevators. I need help with jet pipe and contruction of the ducting, firewall position and tanks etc.
Also any other tips on were more strength would be needed.
Has anyone done a conversion on the original DF version?
Any help would be appreiciated.
Russ

If you take a look at the the FOX Composites Hawk thread, there will be a lot of info in it that could help.
The new Fus is very similar to what you have.
PM me for more info if you wish.
