Default Sorry need little Help, SM F16 1/8 Missile Rails Position

Hello all,

can anybody please tell me the correct position of the Missile Rails from the Skymaster- X-Tremejets 1/8 F16.
I didn´t have any markings on the wingtips and i don´t know if and where the nuts should be inside.
I hope I bring it being understood.
Thank´s folks.

Regards
Reinhard

I would guess that you have no stucture inside the wings for mounting hardpoints. The Skymaster 1/6 F16 has no place to mount ordinance we are having to cut open the wing and make our own.

If you go to the" s/m 1/6 scale F16 in my hotlittle hands"thread here on RCU you will find out how the guys are putting hard point mounts in thier wings.

Reinhard, the 1/8 version is not designed to carry external ordnance only the wing tip missiles. Please be very carefull when doing the mods to the wings.

If you have the ARF version the nuts should be in there. If you have the kit version I would drill into the wingtip to find what the structure is.

Just one other thing guys, it's ordnance, not ordinance. There is a big difference.
Now I'll retreat from my school marm mode.

hi,

thank you all,
i cut a M3 threat in the wing tips, hardend it with CA and i think it works and hold the missile rails.
