Stupid MT tricks a.k.a. Drifting
OK, I must admit right off the bat that this is a bit geeky.
After watching videos of some Japanese guys sliding their 4wd touring cars around on a road track, my friend Lysle decided to try it with his T-Maxx.
So he took some 4 inch pipe couplings and epoxied them onto shaved down 40 series rims he had lying around. Since his T-Maxx wasn't running (waiting on a new easy easy start), we bolted them onto my MGT and slid around my parking lot.
It's different.
Look for vids / pics soon.

Last weekend here we had a thick crust of ice atop the snow, strong enough to hold the trucks up. Had a blast sliding around on that stuff.

Hi, It's Lysle....Matt keeps ragging on my Purple Alum. T-maxx....it's ok, his day is comming. With that outta the way, I was strolling through Home Depot and I was looking for 6in pipe to wrap around the whole tire...Outta luck, it does'nt exist in Home Depot. Thats fine, next solution, find something to wrap the rim (4 in.)....Too small. I needed the inside diameter to be 4in so then I turned to the coupling section and found what I needed... It looked awesome on Matt's truck, I cant wait untill my Picco P2 arrives. www.werksracing.com
