Yeah when I buy a new body for my Maxx, it's either gonna be the old Land Cruiser by Proline or the old Bronco by HPI.

Hers what I've done to my Sportmaxx so far:
Big bore shocks
Crazy nut head
Failsafe
NEM Roll bar (which had to come off for the body to fit)
4 wheel drive unit
Bowtie tires
Hitech servo
Rechargeable battery pack
RPM skid plates
I've got over 5 gallons on the stock 2.5 and it runs great
And I have some duratrax aluminum bumpers on order
