You might be running it really rich, try the stock setting ans go from there.

could be a stripped spur gear so check the teeth on it.Then make sure the slipper clutch is set properly.Refer to your manual on both.If it revs up and runs well its propably not to rich.If the spur is stripped it sometimes will make a high pitched squealing noise.

sledmanas actually I wasn't running rich it turns out that I blew both front difs but thanks for the advise
