Wizen, thanks for the compliment. Your pictures you posted about 4 months ago were a great help to me. I'd like to thank the RC forum members for their input also!!!

Ram, I thought my Hyper .21 I originally installed on this truck was bad but this new Ofna .25 force motor is the ultimate. As for the rest of the parts I bought them off E-bay.

OMG!!!! That seems like a lot but I can easily tell that it was well worth it. Although I think that your checkbook might disagree. It is definitely the best-looking terra crusher I have ever seen. How fast have you clocked it at? 35-40 or 45-50. Oh well I guess it really doesn't matter because that thing might be able to take a hit at top speed. Long live your imagination

I haven't clocked it yet, but I imagine it'll top out at about 40 mph.
I'm building another one so I don't have to run this one all the time because it would pretty much suck to replace parts on this one. I just built this one like this so I could see one done up like this. I might keep it or sell it while it still looks good. RCing is like a legal drug once you're hooked you'll never get out of it, and E-bay doesn't help matters. Does anybody know the 1-800 number for RC addicts????????

I agree that RC is just as addictive as drugs. The only difference is that drugs are cheaper LOL! I really love that truck and am willing to buy it from you if you want. I was kind of looking for a new toy to play with while I had new parts delivered. How about it? If you don't want to, I can understand. I mean....who wouldn't?

I dislike drugs and do not use them. But I also think that RC can hurt you. I mean have you ever been hit with a t-maxx flying at nearly 40mph. I have and it hurt really badly. I had to get stitched up. This is just some light humor. I recommend that no one use drugs nor try any stunts with you RC car or truck that might Harm some one.

Bluehydro8, If you are really interested in buying it . Check your E-mail. I gave you a buying price. You really got to watch little kids around these things. They're attracted to these like magnets. I feel for you getting hit that hard by one of these.. I wouldn't want to get hit .

I read my e-mail and I think it is a liitle too high for my taste. Would you go for a trade and some money. I have an another savege .21 that has not yet been taken out of the box. I boutht it bacause i was planing to mod one and not drive it and use the other to bash around. I then realized that I could keep this one for show and run my modded savage or Vize verza.

I just started to do the break in on my Force .25 TC last night...Its brand new from the ground up...All the new parts were bought over ebay at the end of last summer...I got the engine from the RC house at a very good price...
But mine is pratically all new stock parts...And cost me around 250 bux to built...I allready had all the A arms for it and shocks and stuff like that.....
YOu can see pictures of it in this forum if my memory os correct.....
I ran 3 tanks of fuel in it last night and 2 more tonight but had to stop cause my receiver battery went dead on me...
To start mine I use a cordless drill.... I removed the pull start unit and found a 12mm socket 1/4 inch drive with long 1/4 inch drive extension....Then i drilled and tap a hole in the side of the socket and inserted the pull start one way bearing in it and put a set screw in the taped hole and VIOLA....
I had to remove some metal of the socket in order that i would fit behind the engine ....But it was well worth it... no More blisters for me....

Hey, that's a nice looking TC. I hear you about blisters. My new .25 put a couple of nasty bisters on myself also. I strap on a pair of gloves everytime I start the thing. Did you ever have problems with the chasis braces breaking. I went through those things like chiclets. OF course jumping off 12 to15 foot high jumps never helped but The TC is the most well balanced RC's out there. And that is all I"ve ever broken when it was a stock truck!!! It's built like a S#@t brickhouse. I don't even know what Tamiya was thinking when they put that puny .18 on there.

I personally like to have something different than everybody else has. That's part of the reason I bought a TC. Also the TC can take some serious punishment. If anybody does buy a TC first thing you need to do is order a real motor for it and sell the stock one. That was Tamiya's only downfall on this truck.
