i have the j haugs on the savage with the soft compound and may i recommend not to run them on pavement. i dont have the swamp haugs but look like the losi ones and they work great in the grass and dirt and once again wear out quick on pavement.
i think either tire you should be happy with , i like imex tires as they perform very well.

Those Moabs are more or less patterned after a 1:1 Super Swamper SSR so they should do good in the mud....because the SSRs do.
