Nitro Help
So I purchased a used Losi NT and was out for my first run and got tangled in a bush however the throttle stuck and when it came out it hit a tree. Due to the engine over reving I had a hard time shutting it off and the temp reached just over 200. What kind of damage do you think I've created outside of the broken parts that have been ordered already (arms, etc.) Any engine damage? I have a Picco 12

RE: Nitro Help
The normal operating range for most small block RC engines is anywhere from 230 to 270 degrees F. Running temps below the minimum target will wear internal parts of the engine faster, as they haven't expanded fully.
They are designed to be run in that range, and expansion is accounted for in that equation. So don't be afraid to lean it out a bit, if you need to.
