Pics are a little blurry. Push the piston into the sleeve. The piston should become tight within 1/8" - 1/4". If it slides through the sleeve the sleeve is toast. Otherwise put something flat over the sleeve and push the piston into the sleeve slowly, should feel if there's a leak.
P.S. The piston looks "smoked" on the video.

Sounds like your nut has come loose. The one opposite the throttle lever. Pull the carb off the car. Remove the HSN assembly. Make sure you don''t loose the crush washers. (2 of them). Insert a "clean" small allen wrench into the hole and it should go through the LSN assembly. Then tighten the nut up and use a little loctite(blue) If it doesn''t feel like it went in then you''ll need to rotate the spray bar assembly which then involves removing throttle lever and everything behind it. Go to RC10.com and look at a diagram of the carb. Hope this helps and good luck. I had the same problem and that''s where it was leaking.
P.S. If it's the nut on the throttle lever side simply tighten with a "little" loctite

Your paint diagram didn't do much to clarify anything. And the explanation from 1FastGT2 is a about as clear as it can get. You need to know what you are looking at before you can ask for help with the thingy that has a do-hickey sticking up over by the hefershafer.
There are diagrams, with part numbers and names, and exploded views showing assembly order, and step by step instructions in the owner's manual.
