Theoretically you right, but it doesn't matter because you have to trim the plane anyway.

I think these style of covers actually create more drag than an uncovered servo arm. The large opening at the back of the fairing/cover creates a very turbulent point with a high drag rise.

Hi Isaac,
Just to understand - were you given the location of the stab interface points, and then using those points to create the reference line for wing/thrust angles? Are you then given the location for the wing tube, and thus able to locate the wing mounting locations based on the .5 degree angle and wing adjusters?

No, first I stretch a thin twine on the fuselage center line (from the spinner center to the stab), then I mark all the relevant points according the plan.
